Refund policy

Our policies are designed to be fair to you while helping us maintain responsible practices.

 

PREPAID ORDERS

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Return shipping charges will be borne by customer and will be deducted from the refund amount or arranged directly by customer.

Exchanges (Size / Style):
One-time exchange is allowed per order.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

The first size or style exchange is complimentary and courier charges will be borne by us.

Only one exchange is permitted per order.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) Orders

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Return courier charges will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges (Size / Style):

The first size or style exchange is complimentary and courier charges will be borne by us.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

•Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
•Original tags and packaging must be intact.
•Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Items once exchanged are not eligible for return.

Products that have already been exchanged are not eligible for any further exchange.

 

DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT PRODUCT

In the rare case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

•Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
•Share clear photos and an unboxing video for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or return at no additional cost.

 

Refunds

Any applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

•Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method after quality check.
•COD Orders: Refunds (If applicable) will be processed via bank transfer.

Please allow 7-10  business days after approval for the refund, to reflect.
